Card tiers and multipliers
For each basketball team, each season and each league, Scorestars issues a set max limit of how many Cards in total can be minted. This is to prevent inflation and preserve the value of the cards.
Each Card has a Rarity Level or Tier, which acts as a multiplier for how many points can be earned with it. The rarer the Card, the more points you get.
